Programme Intended Learning Outcome

Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to:

  • Communicate competently as ethical professional communicators in a range of positions including as Public Relations Practitioners;
  • Apply communication strategies and PR skills to the practice of public relations;
  • Competently employ appropriate generic skills in lifelong learning and employment, including independent and cooperative teamwork learning strategies; effective interpersonal, small group and intercultural communication skills, and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills;
  • Draw on some major ideas in arts and humanities, science and technology to their own area of study.
